(OTC Bulletin Board: BIOR), producer of the FDA cleared Streamway® System for automated surgical fluid disposal, announced the Canadian Intellectual Property Office has issued patent Number 2,495,747 for the Company's Streamway System "for disposing of liquid surgical waste for protection of healthcare workers." The patent was granted to the Company in April of 2011.
